The project has a built-up area exceeding 156,000 square feet, including over 10,000 square feet of premium retail space on the ground floor and over 67,000 square feet of high-performance office space spread across nine floors. The project also includes a three-story parking garage with a capacity of approximately 147 vehicles, providing maximum convenience for tenants and visitors.
Balyouha Architectural and Engineering Consulting has been contracted to provide design and full supervision services for the project, ensuring the highest standards of quality and architectural appeal. Following the completion of soil testing and topographic surveys, the company is currently working on finalizing the permits to begin construction, targeting completion by the end of 2026.
