Drake & Skell International announced that it has won two major contracts in the upcoming Arabian Hills project, with a total value of more than one billion dirhams. This achievement comes shortly after the company’s significant restructuring, reflecting the strength of D&SC and its ability to achieve growth and excellence in the implementation of major projects with strategic impact, and demonstrates its advanced position as a reliable partner in the contracting and infrastructure development sector. The Arabian Hills project represents a paradigm shift in real estate development concepts, as it extends over a wide area of up to 224 million square feet.
Details of the awarded contracts
* Zone 10 (Sun Valley): Energy Infrastructure works, in addition to street lighting works, and reserves related to the requirements of service authorities in Area 10 (Sun Valley) worth AED 452.85 million,
* Zone 05 (Park Vista) and wastewater treatment plant: Infrastructure works in Area 05 (Park Vista), street lighting works, precautions related to the requirements of the service authorities, in addition to the construction of a wastewater treatment plant with a total value of AED 557.8 million.
Work on the implementation of the assigned infrastructure works is scheduled to begin immediately, as the latest construction methods will be employed and the use of qualified technical cadres to ensure the delivery of the project on time and with superior quality.
