Dubai Chamber announced the launch of the Dubai Working Group for Brokerage and Real Estate Management, in cooperation with the Dubai Land Department. With the aim of enhancing the sector’s contribution to the economic growth process in the emirate.
The Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, had previously announced the launch of six new Working Groups representing the real estate sector, with the aim of enhancing the sector’s contribution to the economic growth process in the Emirate of Dubai.
The list of new Working Groups that were established includes the Real Estate Developers Working Group, the Real Estate Evaluation Working Group, the Real Estate Leasing Working Group, the Facilities Management Working Group, the Decoration and Interior Design Services Working Group, in addition to the Engineering Consultants Working Group.
The Working Groups provide a platform for constructive dialogue between stakeholders in the public and private sectors, helping companies operating in the real estate field to benefit from new opportunities, address challenges and improve legislation and policies affecting this sector.
