Global Partners, a Dubai Financial Services Authority-regulated institutional fund manager, announced the appointment of Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) as the main contractor for Eden House The Park, the second project under its Global Partners Real Estate Fund I.
With the completion of preliminary work on the project site, DCC will undertake the construction and development of Eden House The Park, which is scheduled for delivery in 2027.
Global Partners closed its first real estate fund in January 2023 after raising $212 million (AED 779 million). The fund attracted 35% of its funding from North America, 37% from Europe, and 27% from the UAE. The fund owns two projects: Eden House The Canal and Eden House The Park. Separately, the company’s second fund, Global Partners Real Estate Fund II, is preparing to develop a mixed-use community in the second phase of Dubai Healthcare City in Al Jaddaf.
