Dubai will host the first edition of the “ACRES Real Estate Exhibition” during the period from next May 16 to 19 at the Dubai World Trade Center, in a strategic partnership with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, and the sponsorship of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
The exhibition aims to provide an ideal and distinctive platform to support real estate development and investment companies inside and outside the country by promoting their real estate projects with the participation of development and investment companies, brokers, real estate management, banks, financial institutions, technology companies, building materials and contracting companies to establish partnerships and conclude deals.
The exhibition highlights the latest and most important real estate projects and opportunities in the UAE, in addition to a number of real estate projects in the region and the world, the latest trends and developments, and what real estate technology has reached in the world of the real estate industry.
Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition in Dubai, said: The committee aims to highlight the prominent real estate opportunities in the UAE and provide a global platform for companies to showcase their new projects, adding that this step comes within the framework of efforts to attract investors and those looking for real estate opportunities from all over the world and learn about local and international real estate market trends.
Al Suwaidi stressed that the exhibition reflects the diversity of real estate investments in light of the continued prosperity of the real estate market in the UAE, praising the favorable investment environment in the Emirates, which is supported by expectations of further growth in the real estate sector, driven by strong sales last year and positive prospects for the current year.
The event, organized by Leader Exhibitions Organisation, comes to give additional impetus to the real estate sector and enhance its contribution to the process of comprehensive and sustainable development in the UAE in general and Dubai in particular, and to increase momentum in the real estate markets in the Emirates, which witnessed qualitative leaps, as the value of real estate transactions and transactions amounted to about 765.1 Billion Dirhams by the end of 2023
