Dubai Investments announced the Dana Bay project on Al Marjan Island, where the foundation stone was laid for the residential tower and hotel in the “Dana Bay” project on Al Marjan Island in Ras.
The Dana Bay project, whose investment value reaches one Billion Dirhams, extends over an area of approximately 90,000 square meters, in addition to 40,000 square meters of beach space, and consists of 189 villas. The Danah Bay residential tower, which is 89 meters high, will provide 143 residential units
It consists of one to four bedroom apartments and penthouses. The residential tower features direct access to the beach and its proximity to the Grand Millennium Resort, which consists of 300 hotel rooms.
Obaid Al Salami, General Manager of Dubai Investments Real Estate Company, the company developing the project and the real estate arm of Dubai Investments Company, said: We have begun the preliminary work and preparing the site for the two residential and hotel towers in the Dana Bay project on Marjan Island, and laying the foundation stone constitutes the official start of building and construction work in the site.
The construction journey and construction work on the Dana Bay project began in 2023, and it succeeded in attracting the interest of local and international investors. The first phase of the project includes two- and three-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom villas. Construction work on the first phase is continuing steadily, with residential unit deliveries scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2025. The second phase of the project includes 4- and 5-bedroom villas and townhouses. It is expected to be ready by the second quarter of 2025. The residential and hotel towers are part of the third phase of the project. Work on the residential tower is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026, and the hotel during the third quarter of 2027.
