Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Keyper Holding, one of the companies under the Reis Real Estate Innovation Initiative, with the aim of improving real estate management through advanced digital solutions that contribute to increasing efficiency, simplifying operations, and consolidating innovation in the real estate sector.
The agreement was signed by Majid Al Marri, Executive Director of the Real Estate Registration Sector at the Department, and Omar Abu Enab, Co-Founder and CEO of the company, on the sidelines of the Department’s participation in GITEX.
This partnership provides integrated solutions that enhance transparency and efficiency in real estate management, as it will enable tenants and owners to access accurate and easy information, which contributes to reducing disputes and helps in making informed decisions. It will also focus on facilitating communication between owners, tenants, and property management through digital platforms, which ensures rapid response and efficient exchange of information, in addition to benefiting from data analysis to understand market needs and better guide real estate investment and development strategies. The partnership also seeks to adopt technological solutions that contribute to improving resource consumption, in support of global trends towards sustainability, in addition to providing training programmes for the department’s employees, to ensure the effective use of digital solutions, and enhance their skills in dealing with modern technology.
