Real estate transactions in the Dubai market recorded about 3.21 billion dirhams on Monday, resulting from 1,154 procedures, according to Dubai Rest data.
The value of sales amounted to 2.3 billion dirhams, resulting from 844 deals, the highest of which was in the Dubai Hills area, with a value of 294 million dirhams through 113 deals, then Jumeirah Village Circle was second, with about 138 million dirhams (99 deals), followed by Al Sufouh Garden, third, with 135 million dirhams (one deal).
Mortgages also amounted to 745 million dirhams through 224 procedures, with Al Sufouh Garden coming first with a value of 198 million dirhams through two procedures, then Al Garhoud second with 71 million dirhams resulting from one procedure, followed by Palm Jumeirah third with about 48 million dirhams through 16 procedures.
As for donations, they reached 165 million dirhams through 86 transactions. The Palm Jumeirah area came in first place with a value of 68 million dirhams through 19 transactions.
