Dubai Real Estate Records a Deal for Two Residential Villas Under Construction Worth AED 430 Million.

Dubai’s real estate market recorded the sale of two residential villas under construction within the Rosewood Residences project in Jumeirah 2 for a total value of AED 430 million, according to data from Dubai REST.

The two villas have a total area of approximately 27,000 square feet, equivalent to AED 16,000 per square foot, approaching the highest residential price per square foot ever recorded in the emirate, which was AED 17,000 for the Bulgari project on Jumeirah Bay Island.

Dubai real estate sales reached AED 1.4 billion at the start of trading on Monday, resulting from 377 transactions.

It is worth noting that the highest residential price per square foot ever recorded in the Dubai real estate market reached approximately AED 17,000 for the Bulgari project on Jumeirah Bay Island.

Prior to this, the previous record was set in February 2023, when a 3-bedroom apartment at Bulgari Resort & Residences sold for AED 13,543 per square foot.
