Dubai Real Estate Sales Hit AED 2.8 Billion in 24 Hours

Real estate transactions in the Dubai market on Thursday reached AED 3.34 billion, resulting from 1,202 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST.

Sales reached AED 2.8 billion, resulting from 972 transactions. The highest value was in the Al Wasl area, with AED 413 million, through 86 transactions. Me’aisem came in second place with approximately AED 249 million, achieved through 17 transactions. Palm Jebel Ali came in third with AED 175 million, resulting from eight transactions.

Mortgages also generated AED 444 million, through 188 transactions. Emirates Hills came in first with AED 32 million, through five transactions. Dubai Hills came in second with AED 27 million, resulting from 10 transactions. Palm Jumeirah came in third place with approximately AED 23 million, through five transactions.

Donations reached AED 95 million, through 42 transactions. Dubai Marina came in first with AED 32 million, through seven transactions. Jumeirah Village Circle came in second place with approximately AED 30 million, through 17 transactions. Palm Jumeirah came in third place with AED 9 million, resulting from two transactions.
