Dubai real estate sales reached AED 7 billion in the first few hours of Friday, resulting from 3,243 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST. Dubai Creek Harbour topped the sales list with AED 711 million, resulting from 324 transactions. Jumeirah Lakes Towers came in second place with AED 665 million through 509 transactions, followed by Burj Khalifa with AED 611 million, resulting from 45 transactions. Mortgages generated AED 563 million through 427 transactions, and grants generated AED 61 million through 19 transactions, bringing the total value of transactions to AED 7.51 billion.
