Real estate transactions in the Dubai market on Tuesday reached AED 3.35 billion, resulting from 1,017 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST.
Sales reached AED 2.76 billion, resulting from 804 deals. The highest value was recorded in the Harbourside area, with a single transaction valued at AED 165 million. Palm Jumeirah came in second place with AED 139 million, achieved through six transactions.
Wadi Al Safa came in third with AED 181 million, resulting from 31 transactions. Mortgages also generated AED 489 million through 187 transactions. City of Arabia came in first with a single transaction valued at AED 130 million, followed by Dubai Hills Estate with AED 31 million, resulting from three transactions. Sobha Hartland came in third place with AED 24 million, achieved through 21 transactions. Donations reached AED 98 million through 27 transactions.
The Palm Jebel Ali area came in first place with a value of AED 33 million through a single transaction, followed by Palm Jumeirah in second place with approximately AED 22 million through nine transactions, followed by Ghadeer Al Tayer in third place with AED 9 million resulting from a single transaction.
