Real estate transactions in the Dubai market on Monday reached AED 3.7 billion, resulting from 1,510 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST.
Sales reached AED 3 billion, resulting from 1,269 transactions. The highest value was in the Business Bay area, with AED 271 million generated through 135 transactions. Jumeirah Village Circle came in second with approximately AED 243 million generated through 138 transactions. Burj Khalifa came in third with AED 156 million generated through 47 transactions.
Mortgages also generated AED 631 million through 216 transactions. Jumeirah Village Circle came in first with AED 73 million generated through 21 transactions. Umm Suqeim 1 came in second with AED 69 million generated through one transaction. Jumeirah Bay came in third with approximately AED 45 million generated through two transactions. Donations reached AED 58 million through 25 transactions. Jumeirah Lakes Towers came in first with AED 14 million through six transactions, followed by Dubai Marina with AED 11 million through three transactions, and La Mer in third place with AED 9 million resulting from two transactions.
