Real estate transactions in Dubai’s market recorded AED 15.5 billion in one week, resulting from 4,593 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST, the Dubai Land Department’s online application.
The total value of sales reached AED 11.2 billion, resulting from 3,521 transactions. The highest value was in Dubai Investment Park 2, with AED 946 million generated through 137 transactions. Palm Jumeirah followed with AED 819 million generated through 32 transactions, followed by Al Yalayis 1 with AED 723 million generated through 233 transactions. Business Bay came in fourth place with sales reaching AED 506 million generated through 182 transactions, while Me’aisem 2 came in fifth with AED 479 million generated through 26 transactions. Mortgages also generated AED 3.2 billion through 930 transactions. Business Bay came in first with AED 4.3 million through 183 transactions, followed by Al Barsha 2 in second place with AED 315 million resulting from a single transaction.
Dubai Marina came in third with AED 253 million through 35 transactions. Fourth place went to Palm Jumeirah with mortgages worth AED 208 million resulting from 16 transactions. Barsha Heights came in fifth with AED 193 million achieved through 30 transactions. As for donations, they reached AED 1.12 billion through 142 transactions. Jumeirah Bay ranked first with AED 190 million through a single transaction, followed by Al Qusais 2 in second place with approximately AED 160 million through a single transaction, and Al Riffa in third place with AED 125 million resulting from two transactions. Al Barsha 1 came in fourth with approximately AED 123 million through a single transaction, and Jumeirah 2 came in fifth with AED 87 million through two transactions.
On a daily basis, Friday, real estate transactions generated approximately AED 2.5 billion through 757 transactions, including sales worth AED 2.1 billion through 541 deals, approximately AED 329 million in mortgages achieved through 203 procedures, and finally, donations worth AED 58 million resulting from 13 transactions.
