The real estate market in Dubai recorded about 500 sales worth one billion dirhams in transactions at the beginning of the week (Monday), according to Dubai Rest data.
The Al Habiyah 4 area topped the transactions with 4 sales worth 125 million dirhams, followed by Jumeirah Village Circle with 71 million dirhams resulting from 58 deals, then Ras Al Khor Industrial 1 was third with 63 million dirhams through 27 sales.
