Dubai South Properties announced the launch of the fourth phase of the “South Bay” project, in response to the increasing demand from investors and buyers to own property in this exceptional project. Following the sale of all previously offered limited units, the company worked to accelerate the launch of new phases of the project. It also announced the appointment of Al-Kharafi Construction to build the third, fourth and fifth phases of the project with a contract worth 1.5 Billion Dirhams.
The fourth phase is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2027, and will include 138 units consisting of three-, four- and five-bedroom villas, and a limited number of five-, six- and seven-bedroom luxury villas. Earlier last year, the company revealed the appointment of “Ginco General Contracting” to undertake the construction operations for the first two phases of the project and the infrastructure facilities.
The project is located in the heart of the residential area in Dubai South along Expo Street, and will include more than 800 spacious villas and townhouses, more than 200 luxury villas on the waterfront, in addition to a one-kilometer-long lake, and a 3-kilometre-long promenade on the waterfront that includes cafes and beaches. The complex has multiple fitness centers and private gardens. In addition, there is a shopping center, a famous spa, private clubs for children, a water sports club, and swimming pools, as well as private gardens around the lake, private beaches, and many other services and facilities that guarantee a luxurious lifestyle for residents within the project and in Dubai South.
