Dubai South Properties has launched the 10 million square foot luxury residential project, Hayat, comprising approximately 2,500 units in the Golf District near the terminal building at Al Maktoum International Airport.
The project offers a flexible payment plan spanning over five years, starting with a 5% down payment, followed by quarterly payments. The first phase is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028. Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, said: “The project is one of the company’s largest integrated projects, offering housing options that meet the needs of modern families. We are also witnessing increasing demand for real estate, reflecting the area’s attractiveness to both investors and residents, and we will continue to launch thoughtful projects that meet this demand.”
