Dubai South Properties has announced the progress of construction work on the “Pulse Beach” project, a residential complex in the residential area of Dubai South, as the project has reached 90% completion, and the first phase, which includes 251 residential units, is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
Given the increasing demand, Dubai South is planning future projects that include residential units that meet the needs and requirements of customers. The Pulse Beach project has achieved great success since its launch, with all 788 villas and townhouses sold out, reflecting the high demand for residential units in the area. The project includes 788 residential units consisting of three, four and five-bedroom villas and townhouses, with built-up areas ranging from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet. The project also features an artificial beach lagoon, as well as a semi-Olympic swimming pool.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, expressed his happiness with the progress of construction works, noting that they are in line with the planned timelines. He highlighted the strong interest from investors in Dubai South residential projects over the past years, attributing this to the strategic location of the area, the quality of the units, the comprehensive facilities and the competitive prices. He said: “We at the company are planning future projects to meet the growing demand for apartments in Dubai South. The “Pulse Beach” project stands out with its exceptional facilities, and we are confident that it will be a valuable addition to the communities in Dubai.”
Dubai South is upgrading the residential area with a number of amenities to provide convenience to residents. These include public parks, sports fields, retail outlets and a hypermarket with an area of up to 50,000 square feet. It also includes a mosque, a petrol station and a public bus route linking the residential area to the Expo Metro Station. In addition, GEMS Founders School Dubai South is set to open its doors this month after approval from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai.
