Emaar Properties launched its latest project, The Heights Country Club and Wellness, with a development cost of 55 billion dirhams. The project extends over an area of 81 million square feet.
The project’s new master plan combines luxury and comfort, and is characterized by a strategic location just 10 minutes away from Al Maktoum International Airport, which is currently undergoing a huge expansion process that will transform it into a huge global gateway, as it will become the largest in the world, five times its current size, with a capacity of up to 260. The Heights Country Club and Wellness features a health center designed according to the highest international standards. This is integrated with bodies of water, a comprehensive network of cycling and running paths, spacious gardens, and event arenas, collectively forming 1.3 million square meters of open space.
