Emaar Properties said that it will repair all properties within our residential complexes that were damaged by the recent rains at its own expense.
Emaar stressed in a statement, on Friday, its dedication to contributing to ensuring the well-being and safety of the residents of its complexes through the efforts of the company’s facilities management and complex management team, which worked tirelessly around the clock to provide assistance to the owners of properties that were damaged by weather conditions, since the start of heavy rains in April 16.
The team has actively addressed multiple challenges, including overcoming water accumulation problems, and continues to work tirelessly to find appropriate solutions. Based on this firm commitment, Emaar is pleased to announce an initiative to restore all homes within our communities that were affected by the recent severe weather conditions in Dubai, without bearing any costs on the residents.
Mohammed Al Abbar said: “At Emaar Properties, we are fully committed to the well-being and safety of all our residents and stakeholders. In light of the challenges imposed by the weather conditions and heavy rains that Dubai witnessed in the past few days, I am pleased to announce that Emaar will undertake the repair of all properties within our residential complexes that were damaged by the recent rains at its own expense, to ensure that our residents return to their daily lives as quickly and safely as possible.”
Al Abbar added: “Emaar has always sought to support our community in times of need, and as a responsible company, we pledge to provide all possible support in such cases, including completely repairing our customers’ homes.”
Specialized Emaar teams are already coordinating with local authorities and have begun assessing and restoring the damaged properties. Note that this service is available to all homes, whether old or new, that reported direct damage as a result of rainfall in the past few days by registering at the Emaar Customer Service Center.
