Expo City Dubai Launches Lands for Sale in the Expo Valley Residential Project

Expo City Dubai launched lands for sale in the Expo Valley residential project ranging in size from 7,500 to 12,500 square feet, with the possibility of combining spaces. The city also awarded four construction contracts, three of which were to companies based in the United Arab Emirates.

The Expo Valley project is scheduled to begin welcoming its residents in early 2026. The project includes 532 high-end residential units ranging from standalone villas, attached villas, and townhouse residences, all designed to meet the highest standards of sustainability and ensure a unique way of living in a sustainable community that focuses on enhancing the well-being and health of its residents. The project also features the provision of plots of land for those wishing to purchase land and develop it according to their desire.

Expo City Dubai is located in the heart of Dubai’s rapid growth, next to the Dubai Exhibition Center and Al Maktoum International Airport, and can be reached by the metro and major highways, allowing its residents and the thriving business community to easily move to and from it.

Parsons Company is supervising the preparation of the site for the Expo Valley project, while Al Naboodah Contracting Company is responsible for decommissioning underground services and implementing land leveling works throughout the project. AECOM Middle East also supervises the site management work, and Al-Nasr Contracting Company is responsible for constructing utility networks, energy systems, road works, and landscaping works.
