Yesterday, the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition concluded its first edition in Dubai, which witnessed more than 120 new real estate projects, presented by more than 40 of the largest local real estate companies, developers and real estate investors from Dubai, the region and the world, in addition to a large number of those concerned with real estate affairs.
The “Acres Real Estate” exhibition witnessed great activity before the conclusion, as a partnership agreement was signed between the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, the academic sponsor of the exhibition, and the Arab MLS Real Estate Company, with the aim of strengthening cooperation to increase real estate awareness, and providing those interested in this sector with the latest experiences and knowledge, and the best practices and strategies adopted in Real Estate Investment. The agreement was signed by Mohamed Moussa, CEO of Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute, and Ahmed Al-Batrawi, founder and CEO of Arab MLS.

On the other hand, the exhibition witnessed the visit of a delegation from the National Authority for Management and Investment in Egypt, to view the major real estate development and investment companies participating in the exhibition, learn about the latest and most important real estate projects on offer, and review the most important investment opportunities available, and ways of cooperation, investment and trade exchange, by meeting with major investors. The delegation was welcomed by Nawaf Obaid, CEO of Leader Exhibition Management, where the delegation toured throughout the exhibition and learned about the latest innovations in the real estate development sector, and the commercial, residential and real estate projects implemented by various parties. They also met a number of representatives of the participating companies and listened to an explanation from them about the latest and most important real estate projects that they offer from inside and outside the UAE.
The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry participated in the first edition of the exhibition, where it reviewed a group of investment opportunities in the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah, with the aim of highlighting the available opportunities that the emirate enjoys in the real estate sector, and focused on enhancing cooperation and exchanging experiences between various actors in the real estate sector. To support efforts aimed at developing it, and to establish the factors through which the sector achieves further growth.
During the exhibition, the Chamber held a series of meetings with senior officials, investors and real estate developers, and highlighted its vital role in supporting the real estate sector in the emirate, its contribution to providing an attractive investment environment, and facilitating procedures for investors and real estate companies.
Mohammed Al-Awadhi, Director General of the Chamber, confirmed that participation in the exhibition came within the Chamber’s strategy to support and develop the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah, which is witnessing continuous growth and is considered one of the basic pillars of the local economy, pointing out that the exhibition provided an opportunity to display and promote major real estate projects, which It contributes to enhancing confidence among investors and attracting more foreign and local investments. Thus, the event formed an ideal platform to enhance communication with investors and real estate developers, and introduce the benefits and incentives offered by Sharjah, such as legal facilities, incentive systems, advanced and attractive infrastructure for investors in the real estate sector, and other sectors.
