Greenside, the UAE-based real estate developer, has laid the foundation stone and begun construction work on its first freehold project, Wadi 645, located in Majan. As part of the company’s strategy to develop boutique projects and premium properties, Wadi 645 consists of a range of fully furnished units, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
The start of construction work on Wadi 645 coincides with Greenside’s rapid success in concluding sales deals for a large number of units in record time.
Greenside, in a strategic partnership with Jad Global, awarded the contract to implement Wadi 645, which is being designed and engineered by the renowned National Engineering Consulting Bureau (NEB), to Kamal Khawaja Building Contracting, while Harbor Real Estate provides marketing and sales management services.
Ekro Design, a design, engineering and decoration consultancy firm, provides unique and unconventional interior designs that mimic the nature and environment surrounding the Wadi 645 project. Upon completion of construction and delivery of the project, expected in mid-2026, Deyaar Development will oversee the management of Wadi 645.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the owner’s representative, Engineer Rawan Al Khayat, Kamal Khawaja, real estate expert Muhannad Al Wadi, CEO of Harbor Real Estate, and renowned designer Charlie Waugh from Ekro Design, as well as a number of owners and major investors.
