The 21st edition of IPS 2025, the global real estate platform, kicks off today, Monday, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, organized by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
This event supports the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, which aims to strengthen the emirate’s position as a global hub for sustainable real estate investment and create an integrated environment that supports innovation and competitiveness in the sector.
Majid Al Marri, Executive Director of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD and Chairman of the Exhibition Organizing Committee, said: “Organizing the exhibition embodies our strategic vision to enhance the sustainability of the real estate sector and achieve integration between its components, in line with the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033. The exhibition provides a comprehensive platform that brings together a select group of local and international real estate investment stakeholders, consolidating Dubai’s position as a leading global center for innovation and smart and sustainable real estate development.” The exhibition is a strategic platform that brings together leading real estate developers, buyers, investors, and banks from around the world to explore collaboration opportunities and showcase cutting-edge projects and technologies that are redefining the real estate market.
More than 500 international delegations have confirmed their participation in the event, hailing from countries such as Ecuador, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, India, the United States, and Panama. The exhibition also features more than 300 exhibitors from the UAE, along with prominent participants from the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the Sultanate of Oman.
The exhibition agenda includes numerous events over the course of three days, focusing on five main themes. It also hosts the IPS Conference, the Women’s Conference, and the Investors Conference, featuring a series of workshops, seminars, and panel discussions presented by real estate experts to discuss the latest developments in the market.
