On Thursday, Al Habiyah 5 district in Dubai recorded a deal to sell a plot of land worth 262 Million Dirhams, with an area of 3.3 Million square feet, according to Dubai Rest data.
The total value of the sector’s sales amounted to two Billion Dirhams, resulting from 689 transactions, while mortgages reached 697 Million Dirhams, achieved through 112 procedures, and donations amounted to 684 Million Dirhams through 40 procedures.
