Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, has announced the launch of the third phase of its Bay Grove Residences project at Dubai Islands, following the success of the previous phase late last year.
The third phase of Bay Grove Residences comprises three new buildings. Located on Island B, the project comprises 241 residential units.
This phase of Bay Grove Residences offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom open-plan duplexes.
Dubai Islands is a picturesque waterfront destination offering a prime location in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, featuring open spaces, parks, and golf courses overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Dubai Islands comprises five islands with a total area of 17 square kilometers and 20 kilometers of beaches.
