Launch of the Work of the “Sora Beach” Project on Al Murjan Island

Ark Real Estate Development Company announced the launch of construction work on the luxury Sura Beach Residences project, which is one of the most anticipated projects in Al Murjan Island at a cost of 4 billion dirhams, during an inauguration ceremony witnessed by a group of dignitaries and officials.

Engineer Abdullah Al-Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, said: “The Sora Beach Residences project represents a distinctive addition to the urban landscape in Ras Al Khaimah.

It embodies our ambitious vision of achieving excellence in Al Murjan Island. This project is also an icon of luxury and innovation, and sets new standards for unique real estate projects in the region.”

For her part, the famous British designer Chalini Mesra said: “The Sora Beach Residences project is an architectural masterpiece that combines classic elegance with the luxury of modern life.

Its designs are inspired by the harmony of nature and the vitality of coastal life, giving it an exceptional character by all standards.” She added: “With custom-made interiors that give amazing touches of creativity and sophistication, the project offers a unique living experience that embodies luxury and innovation in every detail.”

The Sura Beach Residences project is an architectural masterpiece under construction, with fully furnished residential units overlooking the distinctive waterfront, the largest foby in a residential property in the area with a height of 138 feet, and a private 1,000-foot beach that can accommodate 5,000 visitors.

In addition to an exclusive Japanese heavenly garden offering a panoramic 360-degree view of the sea, along with a heavenly drink lounge and an infinity swimming pool.

Suhair Hamid, Vice President and Project Manager at the Engineering Design Advisory Group, praised the project and the pioneering design approach followed in it, saying: “Sora Beach Residences is more than just a project; it is a unique vision that combines innovation and quality, making it a symbol of luxury in Ras Al Khaimah and in the entire region.”
