Amali Properties has officially announced the start of construction work on the Amali Island project, located in the World Islands in Dubai. The announcement of laying the foundation stone, marking the start of construction work on the project, came during a ceremony attended by a number of Amali Properties’ most prominent officials and the project’s marine contractors, namely Dutco Construction and Van Oord, a company specializing in dredging works.
The project includes 24 villas, and three of the highest-value villas were announced for sale for AED 400 million, including Villa Avatia, an exclusive villa located on a private island for AED 200 million. Amali also revealed the sale of two units of the exclusive “Aria” villas, at a price of AED 100 million each.
Foundation work on the Amali Island project, which costs AED 2 billion, is expected to begin in March 2025. The project is scheduled to be fully completed in the first quarter of 2027, and is an exclusive project dedicated to those seeking a unique and exceptional lifestyle.
