Majid Al Futtaim, the real estate development company, officially announced the “Ghaf Woods” project, its latest real estate development concept, which is the first forest-like residential community in the heart of Dubai. The Ghaf Woods project is scheduled to be launched in 8 phases extending from now until 2031.
The project will cover an area of 738,000 square meters off Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, near Global Village, and includes more than 7,000 luxury residential units, with wonderful views of the forests.
The company presented this concept earlier this year during its participation in the 2024 edition of the MIPIM Summit, one of the largest and most important international events in the real estate sector, which was held in Cannes, France.
Ahmed Al Shami, CEO of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, said: “This launch represents a qualitative addition to us by offering everything that is new and the first of its kind in the region, so we were keen to provide a unique experience for residents of the Emirate of Dubai.”
