Majid Al Futtaim has announced the sale of the first phase of Ghaf Woods, the first forest-like residential community in the heart of Dubai and the company’s latest development in the emirate. The project spans an area of 73,800 square metres near Global Village and will feature more than 7,000 luxury residential units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses, with stunning forest views.
The project launch comes in conjunction with the Dubai government’s efforts to double the green spaces in the emirate, providing a healthy environment for residents and visitors as part of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040.
The sale of the first phase of the project, which consists of 1,000 units, reflects the growing demand for living in an exceptional environment in Dubai. The project aims to provide an innovative concept for indoor and outdoor living, through an advanced approach, based on nature at the heart of its design and global architecture. The project includes a forest of 35,000 trees, including Ghaf trees and other species native to the GCC countries.
