Masdar City Projects Receive Platinum and Gold Certifications

Masdar City announced that it has obtained the “WiredScore” platinum category and “SmartScore” gold category certificates issued by the international company “WiredScore” to certify technology standards in the buildings and facilities sector, in its two upcoming projects, “Masdar City Complex” and “The Link” respectively.

The certificates granted by WiredScore are a global standard for evaluating the extent of digital integration within urban real estate projects. Its mission, similar to the LEED certifications for leadership in sustainable building designs and energy efficiency, is to set global standards for the level of technology in buildings to make them smart and interconnected buildings, thus contributing to building a flexible future based on cooperation and innovation.

“Masdar City Complex” includes seven commercial buildings, with a total area of ​​50,000 square metres. This complex provides modern office spaces equipped with the latest means, to provide exceptional digital connectivity and many other smart features.

The Link project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025, includes 5 commercial and residential buildings with a total area of ​​30,000 square metres. This project provides a flexible, mixed-use real estate environment that seamlessly integrates residential and office spaces and provides advanced technological infrastructure.
