Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, announced the launch of the final phase of its standalone villa community, The Acres, comprising 106 luxury villas and 102 mansions.
The Acres Estates plots range in size from 9,000 to 17,700 square feet in both the Amber and Ivory design collections, with private gardens directly connected by secure, green pedestrian paths leading to the park and lake.
