Nakheel Awards Construction Contracts for 723 Villas in Palm Jebel Ali Worth AED 5 Billion

Nakheel has announced the award of three major contracts worth over AED 5 billion to build a collection of exclusive luxury villas on the first six fronds of the Palm Jebel Ali project, which are scheduled for completion in late 2026.

The contracts, awarded to Ginco General Contracting, Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast and United Engineering Construction Contracting (UNEC), mark a significant milestone in the ongoing development of Dubai’s premier waterfront destination. The scope of work under the three contracts includes the construction of 723 luxury Beach Collection and Coral Collection villas with exclusive beachfront access across six fronds (Fronts K, L, M, N, O and P), as well as the comprehensive development of world-class infrastructure and vibrant public spaces within the respective fronds on Palm Jebel Ali.

The Palm Jebel Ali project will set a new benchmark for waterfront living, and residents can look forward to a variety of 539 five- and six-bedroom Beach Collection villas and 184 Coral Collection luxury villas. The luxury villas feature spacious built-up areas ranging from 8,000 to 15,000 square feet. The waterfront residences will be completed alongside the development of a network of integrated roads, facilities and green landscaping, all designed to enhance the community living experience for residents, families and visitors, in line with the Dubai Urban Master Plan 2040.

The Palm Jebel Ali project is one of Nakheel’s most ambitious projects, offering an exceptional range of modern amenities that will contribute significantly to Dubai’s future growth over the next few decades. The project supports the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and represents the beginning of a new phase of urban growth in the Jebel Ali area, confirming the urban expansion of the emirate and the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, to consolidate Dubai’s position as the best city to live, work and visit in the world.
