Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding, has announced the launch of the second phase of its Bay Grove Residences project at Dubai Islands, following the huge success of the first phase that was unveiled last October. Bay Grove Residences features a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as spacious four-bedroom duplexes.
The development of Dubai Islands is in line with the Dubai Urban Master Plan 2040, which provides a comprehensive roadmap for urban development in the city, with a key focus on sustainability and enabling economic growth.
