Shamal has announced the award of the main construction contract for the Baccarat Dubai Hotel & Residences project to Arabian Construction Company (ACC). The project will include a hotel and a range of branded residential units, and upon completion, it will be an architectural addition that will enhance Dubai’s unique urban landscape.
Work on this distinguished project began in January 2024, and with all preliminary works and infrastructure 100% complete, Arabian Construction Company, as the main contractor, is preparing to commence field preparations for the commencement of construction.
