Omniyat Properties announced the launch of The Alba project on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai in collaboration with Dorchester Collection Group, during its participation in the recent Monaco Yacht Show, where the project’s announcement ceremony brought together a group of VIPs and media professionals to celebrate this multi-use destination on the Dubai coast, with a project valued at AED 7 billion ($1.9 billion).
The event witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between Omniyat and Dorchester Collection, signed by Mahdi Amjad, Founder and CEO of Omniyat, and Christopher Coudray, President of Dorchester Collection Group.
Mahdi Amjad said: “The Alba project, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, is inspired by the philosophy of world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid, and is managed by Dorchester Collection Group, with whom we have a long-standing partnership.”
He added: “This project is particularly distinctive, as it offers a harmonious blend of nature and cutting-edge design. Dubai derives much of its charm and lifestyle from its beachfront location, and The Alba enhances this connection to the water by offering an exclusive beachfront experience.”
“Guests and residents will enjoy an exclusive experience at Dorchester Collection’s first beachfront garden resort, with spacious private terraces and a comprehensive wellness offering,” said Christopher Coudray.
Located on the eastern crescent of Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah, The Alba will be a landmark offering views of Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa. The Alba will be Dorchester Collection’s 12th hotel globally and the second in the Middle East, following The Lana in Dubai. The Alba will also be Dorchester Collection’s seventh residential property in Dubai.
