Omniyat Real Estate Company set a new record by selling one of its “penthouse” apartments at a price of 139 million dirhams, making it the most expensive apartment in the Burj Khalifa area in Dubai. The Lana officially opened its doors in April 2024, and is a luxury hotel and residential apartments managed by the Dorchester Collection.
The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai project is located in the heart of Marassi Bay, which extends 12 km and overlooks the waterfront. The apartment covers an area of more than 16,594 square feet.
Omniyat had previously sold a luxury penthouse apartment in the One Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection project, for 102 million dirhams in 2017, which was then one of the most expensive real estate apartments in the Emirates.
This was followed in 2023 by the sale of “The Sky Palace” in the Ava project in Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, for a record price of 220 million dirhams. This comes after Omniyat acquired Marassi Bay Marina from Business Bay Company, in a first-of-its-kind move for the company.
