Dubai-based residential property developer Iman Developments has announced its collaboration with Versace Ceramics to develop One Sky Park, a mixed-use project in Jumeirah Village Circle, valued at AED 800 million.
The project consists of Towers A and B, which comprise 23 and 37 floors respectively, each featuring a stunning Sky Deck. One Sky Park aims to attract residents who value a lifestyle of the highest quality, thanks to the project’s mix of studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments and high-end penthouses.
Ismail Marfani, CEO of Iman Developments, signed the agreement with Salim Rifai, spokesperson for Versace Ceramics.
The project will feature a variety of amenities, including a rooftop gym, multiple fitness and wellness centres, and the Sky Deck, an exclusive community hub with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline. The One Sky Park project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027 and will combine advanced sustainable practices and green building certifications to ensure an environmentally friendly living environment, in line with Iman Development’s standards for quality and environmental responsibility.
