One-third of Dubai Real Estate Sales are One-bedroom Apartments

One-bedroom units accounted for the largest share of Dubai’s real estate sales since the beginning of 2024, with 51,182 deals worth AED 94.8 billion, or 36.6% of the total, according to data from Property Monitor.

Two-bedroom units came in second place with 32,236 deals, representing 23% and worth AED 59.6 billion, followed by studios in third place with 23,313 deals (16.7%) and AED 43.3 billion, followed by three-bedroom units in third place with 15,654 deals (11.2%) and AED 29 billion.

4-bedroom units achieved 12,921 deals, ranking fourth (9.2%) and worth AED 23.8 billion. The fifth place went to 5-bedroom units with 3,610 deals (2.6%) worth AED 6.7 billion, and finally, 6-bedroom units came in sixth place with a total of 795 deals (0.6%) worth AED 1.55 billion.

The total value of residential unit sales (apartments and villas) during the 10 months of this year amounted to AED 259 billion, equivalent to 59.4% of the total sales, which amounted to AED 436 billion.
