The total value of Palm Jebel Ali sales during the first quarter of 2025 reached AED 7 billion, resulting from 321 land plot transactions, according to data from Dubai REST, the Dubai Land Department’s online application.
Airport City came in second place with a value of AED 6.63 billion, achieved through 1,479 transactions, including 1,144 residential units, 39 land plots, and 346 villas. Business Bay came in third with approximately AED 6.4 billion, through 2,506 transactions, including 2,504 residential units.
Real estate transactions in the Dubai market on Thursday recorded AED 3.13 billion, resulting from 847 transactions. Sales reached AED 2 billion, resulting from 576 transactions. The highest value was in TECOM City A, with a single transaction valued at AED 260 million. Airport City came in second with AED 202 million, achieved through 75 transactions. Palm Jebel Ali came in third with AED 133 million, achieved through six transactions. Mortgages also generated AED 985 million through 232 transactions.
Donations reached AED 149 million through 39 transactions. Al Barari came in first with a single transaction valued at AED 53 million, followed by Burj Khalifa with AED 22 million, achieved through eight transactions. Palm Jumeirah came in third with AED 19 million, achieved through a single transaction.
