Qube Developments has launched sales of its new project, Midora Residences, as part of its AED 2.6 billion real estate portfolio. The project is located in Jumeirah Village Circle. Midora Residences was designed by Japanese architecture firm Nikken Sekkei, the same firm behind One Za’abeel, and includes 492 units.
Midora Residences is located in District 13 of Jumeirah Village Circle. What makes this destination even more important is the start of construction work on the new passenger terminal at the nearby Al Maktoum International Airport. The area is also one of the most prominent and popular markets in the sub-market, and Jumeirah Village Circle in particular is considered the best performing area in Dubai in terms of real estate sales in the Second quarter 2024, with 1,594 transactions recorded, with a total sales value of AED 1.41 billion.
