The Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zones Authority (RAKEZ), in cooperation with Al Marjan Company and Alec Contracting Company, recently hosted a communication event for strategic suppliers, as part of its series of monthly social events. This event reflects the Authority’s continued commitment to supporting and developing the business environment in the emirate, as it aimed to motivate customers working in building and construction to participate in developing the emirate’s infrastructure, in a way that gives them the opportunity to benefit from the ongoing development projects, including the Wynn Integrated Resort project.
The event witnessed the attendance of more than 30 companies, working in various fields such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building facades, steel, secondary iron, gypsum, marble, stone, granite, ceramics, lighting, and landscaping. The event represented a communication platform for contractors and suppliers, in order to discuss cooperation opportunities in the projects being implemented in The Emirate in particular and the UAE in general.
Rami Jallad, CEO of RAKEZ, said: “Our commitment to its customers is not limited to establishing their businesses with us, but also extends to providing ongoing support, even after they receive their business licenses. Each event in our monthly series represents a message about working to transform the emirate into an attractive destination for business.”

The positive comments expressed by the attendees reflected the extent of the success achieved by this event, as a large number of them expressed their happiness in participating in it.
