Marriott International, in partnership with Abu Dhabi National Hotels, announced the signing of an agreement to develop a luxury resort and upscale residential complex under The Luxury Collection brand in Ras Al Khaimah. The project will be located on Al Marjan Island.

466 Rooms and Suites
The Luxury Collection Resort on Al Marjan Island is expected to feature 466 elegantly designed rooms and suites, along with 29 spacious villas. The resort also boasts over 3,500 square meters of expansive event and meeting space, including a lavish 1,300 square meter ballroom. The project also includes luxury branded residential units, comprising 392 one- to five-bedroom apartments, in addition to 55 upscale villas. This distinctive project aims to redefine the concept of luxury living in this unique destination, where residents will enjoy exclusive privileges, including a wide range of hotel amenities and services that cater to their diverse aspirations and needs.
This agreement marks the seventh collaboration between Marriott International and Abu Dhabi National Hotels, reflecting both companies’ commitment to providing unique and distinctive experiences for visitors to the UAE. The two companies’ current portfolio includes a group of the finest hotels, such as The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal; JW Marriott Marina Hotel; Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort; Le Méridien Abu Dhabi; Boulevard Hotel, Autograph Collection; and Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection.
