Ras Al Khaimah Properties announced that the completion rate of the Bay Residence project in Mina Al Arab, which includes 661 apartments distributed over four towers in the “Bay Residence 1” and “Bay Residence 2” phases, has reached 75%.
In the Bay Views project, which includes 344 residential units on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, the percentage of completion of the sub-infrastructure has reached about 70%.
As for the Cape Hayat residential project, which includes a group of residential apartments with direct access to the beach, it is located on an area of 22,854 square meters, and the percentage of completion of the sub-infrastructure has reached 65%.
The Marbella Villas project is 100% complete, with the completion rate of finishing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and external works reaching 90%.
