Azizi Developments has announced the start of sales for Azizi Tower, which is being built on a prime plot of land on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The 725-metre, 131-storey tower will be the second tallest in the world in February 2025, with construction set to be completed by 2028.
The tower, which is the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, will offer a seven-storey shopping mall, a ballroom and a beach club.
Azizi Tower features a unique observation deck and an area designed to provide enjoyable experiences, and many features that will break world records, including the highest hotel lobby, the highest entertainment club on the 126th floor, the highest observation deck on the 130th floor, the highest restaurant in Dubai on the 122nd floor, and the highest hotel room in Dubai on the 118th floor. It will also offer a variety of high-end food and beverage outlets.
Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, confirmed that the investment in Azizi Tower exceeds AED 6 billion, noting that the tower is not just about creating an exceptional building, but also about the commitment to creating an aesthetic dimension on Sheikh Zayed Road and raising the Dubai skyline to unprecedented levels.
