According to Dubai Land Department data, the sales included the sale of a plot of land with an area of 61,124 square meters for a value of 130 Million Dirhams, a plot of land with an area of 49,207 square meters for a price of 69 Million Dirhams, and a plot of land with an area of 47,218 square meters for a price of 68 Million Dirhams. Land allocated for a school in the Nad Al-Sheba 3 area, with an area of 126,201 square meters, was also sold for 250 Million Dirhams.
In addition, the momentum in the real estate market in Dubai continues today, as real estate sales since morning reached 1.5 Billion Dirhams, resulting from 594 deals.
