On Monday, the real estate market in Dubai recorded the sale of a plot of land within the Dubai Islands project for a value of 273 Million Dirhams, according to Dubai Rest data.
During the first hours of trading, the sector’s sales touched 1.56 Billion Dirhams, resulting from 309 transactions, on the first working day after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, which lasted a full week.
