Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, the new edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition – “Acres 2025” will kick off tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Expo Centre Sharjah. The exhibition is organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, from January 22 to 25, with record participation, the largest in the history of the event, with more than 110 exhibitors from major real estate development and investment companies and the most important real estate developers from all the emirates of the country and the region.
The event brings together, over a period of 4 days, parties and actors in the real estate sector, from developers, investors and experts, and extends over an area of more than 10,000 square metres, allowing participants to showcase a variety of real estate projects, from luxury residential units and modern villas, to innovative commercial and industrial projects, strategically located investment lands and other real estate opportunities.
Qualitative Projects
The exhibition witnesses the announcement of the launch of a group of qualitative projects for the first time inside and outside the UAE, which enhances its position and attractiveness to investors and those interested in real estate affairs. This year is also distinguished by the return of the Egyptian real estate pavilion with wide participation from the largest and most important Egyptian real estate development and investment companies, which offer a group of diverse real estate projects between residential units, coastal chalets and commercial units in various parts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, starting from the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo, all the way to the cities of the North Coast, Ras Al-Hikma and other promising investment areas.
High Returns
Major real estate companies compete to provide exclusive offers, payment facilities and long-term payment plans, to attract investors of different nationalities to own real estate units in all emirates of the country with high investment returns and high-quality specifications. The exhibition also allows real estate market leaders from developers, investors, owners and specialists to communicate, interact, create strategic partnerships, search for new investment opportunities and discover the latest real estate trends.
Government Facilities
Participants in the exhibition will enjoy various facilities, most notably the decision approved by the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, headed by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, to reduce real estate registration fees by 50% on sales and purchase transactions that take place during the exhibition period, in an initiative that adds to the Sharjah government’s ongoing efforts to support the real estate sector and enhance the emirate’s attractiveness for real estate investments.
Latest Trends
“Acres” provides an opportunity for dialogue, exchange of experiences, and awareness and educational activities that vary between dialogue sessions, workshops, training courses, and specialized seminars during which a group of experts and specialists in the real estate field review the latest laws, legislation, and trends prevailing in the real estate market, covering everything related to the real estate industry in both Arabic and English, with the aim of raising real estate awareness, empowering workers in the sector, and enhancing their knowledge about the latest trends and developments in the real estate field. Last year’s edition of the exhibition witnessed real estate deals worth a total of AED 1.4 billion, reflecting the extent of investors’ confidence in the Acres platform and its ability to provide profitable investment opportunities.
