Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) announced the reservation of 70% of the Ajwan Khorfakkan project during the “ICRIS 2025” exhibition, where the launch of the two new residential towers “Moj” and “Ghadir” was announced.
Ahmed Obaid Al-Qusayr, Executive Director of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), said: “We witnessed a high turnout for the Mouj and Ghadeer towers during ICHRS 2025, reflecting the growing confidence in the real estate market in Khorfakkan, and Sharjah’s vision of sustainable development. Our main goal of this project is to provide investment opportunities for buyers from inside and outside the UAE, along with other projects, such as Sharjah Sustainable City and Maryam Island.” The two new towers are part of the 65,269-square-meter Ajwan project, which, when completed, will include 6 residential buildings containing 185 luxury apartments.
