Strong Demand for “Aleph” Properties in “ACRES”

Alef Group concluded its participation in the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Center, where it witnessed strong demand for its properties in Sharjah from local and international investors and agents.

Issa Ataya, CEO of the group, said: “At the ACRES exhibition, we displayed our main real estate projects, which are Hayyan and Al Mamsha, one of the most prominent projects in Sharjah, which reflects the group’s commitment to advancing the sector, pointing out that they received great acclaim during the exhibition.”

The Alef Group announced that it sold 32 residential units from the Al Mamsha Sharjah and Hayyan projects at the exhibition, and the Sharjah Walk and Hayyan projects emerged as the latest major destinations in the emirate for those looking for a different living experience.

These two residential projects are located near Sharjah International Airport, children’s school complexes, the University of Sharjah and Sharjah Medical City, and attract those interested in high-end living.

Al Mamsha, a 5 billion dirhams project based in the Al Muwaileh area, will be the city’s first fully walkable residential community, combining modern living, retail and entertainment in an upscale, pedestrian-friendly, and technologically smart environment.

As for the “Hayan” project, its development cost is 3.5 billion dirhams, and it extends over about 8.7 million square feet, and includes 1,882 villa units distributed over three different areas. The project, which includes 80,000 square feet of organic edible crops and more than 40,000 green trees, promotes the project.
